Tawaaf
The correct tawaaf is the attribute of the tawaaf of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), and he has several conditions, and Sunan, and dawaab. The conditions of tawaaf are five, including purity from uncleanness and the event, whether in the garment or body or place. To be clean when traveling around the house as he purifies himself to pray and stand in the hands of God Almighty. The second condition is that the tawaaf is inside the mosque's saucer, whether it is in the first or second floors. All of this is permissible. As for tawaaf outside the mosque, it is not permissible, as tawaaf should have been done inside the mosque. The third condition is to complete seven rak'ahs, while the fourth is the arrangement, where the tawaaf starts with the black stone and ends with the black stone. The black stone and the house are on the left side. The fifth is that the body is out of the house. The mosque, and the tawaaf must be behind or behind the stone. (2) Omar between Safa and Marwa this is the view of three of the scholars, and the most correct of these statements is that it is one of its pillars. The difference is the narration of Imam Ahmad. Two narrations were narrated about it, one of which is that it is a pillar of Hajj or Umrah, and the other that it is a year, and therefore should not be when leaving blood, and that the Almighty said: " No wing to go around them ," cow / 158. Al-Hanbali narrated that the hadeeth is obligatory, which is the view of the judge Abu Yaali. He said: "It is a duty and not a berakha. If he leaves it, he must have blood." This is also what Abu Muhammad Ibn Qudaamah had chosen, but what was narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) His words and deeds, go to it as a corner of Hajj or Umrah. (2) The times of Hajj and Umrah The whole year is regarded as a time for Umrah, since it is permissible to perform ihraam at any time of the year, and it is not hated at any time, whether in the months of Hajj or in other places, except in one case, And therefore he should not come after the Umrah after him, especially if he is close to breaking his ihraam, or he begins to disintegrate from Hajj. This is the view of Ahmad, Malik, Dawood, and the public of scholars, and there is no hatred of repeating 'Umrah more than once a year, and it is desirable to multiply them. The Muslim may perform Umrah in Ramadaan and in other months such as Hajj months. Great good for the Muslim, God Almighty purifies the Muslim of his sins Hajj and Umrah. Those who want to be haraam for Hajj or 'Umrah have to be deprived of the meeqaat of Makkah, and the Miqaat: it is the place, the time, and the meqat on two types, temporal and spatial, and the temporal timings mean the times when Umrah is permitted from the Sunnah. A Muslim is obliged to go to Hajj or 'Umrah, and he must be deprived of the meeqaat that he passes, except if he is a resident or from the people of Makkah, and therefore if he is in Makkah he has to go out to the solution.
